- The Food Morning website (foodmorning.com.au), is operated by R. B. J. Group. Pty Ltd. (ACN 147 766 916).
- In this Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our”, “us” and “the company” mean Food Morning.
- In this Terms and Conditions, “you”, “your”, “customers” and “users” mean users of the Food Morning website. (Users in both Australia and other countries).
- In this Terms and Conditions, “Business Merchant”, “provider” and “advertiser” mean the supplier who offers the deal and provides the products and services.
- Your access and use of Food Morning is subject to the Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to revise the “Terms and Conditions” anytime.
- Prior to using Food Morning, you should read and understand the “Terms and Conditions”.
- You agree to the “Terms and Conditions” once you start using the website.
- Should you object to any “Terms and Conditions”, you are advised to cease browsing the website.
- Should you be found breach one of more of the “Terms and Conditions”, we reserve the right to take legal actions and cancel your membership status if there’s any, with immediate effect.
- We are not responsible for any consequences induced by our providers.
- We reserve the right to change the nature of this website, any time, without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue any service currently being provided on this website temporarily or permanently, any time, without prior notice.
- Food Morning is not responsible for any possible interruptions, inaccuracies, delays or loss relating to the display, generation or delivery of information resulting from system failures, or network overloading. However, we will try our best to maintain and recover the network system.
Service and Operation
- Food Morning, ourselves do not provide or sell any products or services on our website.
- All deals/campaigns featured on our website are agreed between Food Morning ourselves and the business merchant (provider).
- Food Morning will schedule the dates to feature the deals for every business merchant. And each deal will be featured on the website for a period of time, usually between 1 to 7 days. The time limit is determined by the business merchant (provider). And the feature time limit will be shown on the the website.
- Every deal requires a minimum number of people to register their interest to purchase in order to activate the deal within the time limit. The deal is ON means the number of people meets the deal’s requirement. And the deal will go ahead and your credit card will be charged. The deal is not ON means the number of people interested in purchasing the deal does not meet the minimum number required. The deal then does not go ahead and your credit card will not be charged. Food Morning will not charge any fees either.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject your purchase for a coupon for any reason. Food Morning will refund the full payment if we do so.
- When you purchase a deal/coupon/voucher on our website, we will ask you to provide your credit card details in order to make the payment. We will not charge you the full amount of the deal/coupon/voucher unless the deal goes ahead.
- When the number of people meets the deal’s requirement you will be charged on your credit card and Food Morning will notify you by email in 24 hours with instructions on how to collect your coupons. You can then print them out and redeem from the business merchant (provider).
- You should follow the terms and conditions when you redeem the deal/coupon/voucher. The terms and conditions are stated clearly on every deal/coupon/voucher or on our website.
- All coupons cannot be used together with another special offer from the same business merchant (provider) unless the business merchant (provider) agrees to do so.
- Food Morning will send your name, email address and contact number to the business merchant (provider) for the purpose of:
- booking confirmation;
- networking with the customers to provide excellent services.
A coupon/voucher will have your name, a unique bar code or QR code and a unique reference number for booking and redemption purposes.
- All coupons/vouchers can ONLY be used and redeemed from the deal providers or the business merchants who offer the deals.
- All coupons/vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- A coupon can be used for one visit only. There is no credit back after used.
- There is no credit or cash back from the coupon. Which means if you redeem a coupon for a product or a meal which value is less than the face value of the coupon, you will not receive a credit or cash refund for the difference between the face value of the coupon and the actual amount of the product / meal. For example, if you paid $20 for $40 worth of a product/meal and you just purchase $30, you will not receive a refund of $10.
- Food Morning will not be responsible under the conditions as below:
- You fail to receive our email notifications that are blocked by the firewall or Spam filter; or provide incorrect email address; or you recently changed your email address; or damaged coupons/vouchers; lost or stolen coupons/vouchers.
- On the other hand, the business merchants (providers) also will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen coupons/vouchers for any reasons.
- All coupons/vouchers can only be redeemed before the expiry date or valid date. The validation period is determined by the providers and the validation period is stated clearly on the coupons/vouchers and our website. We also notify you the validation period before you decide to purchase the deal.
- Booking/appointment must be made with the providers prior to redeeming the coupons/vouchers.
- When you have made an appointment or booking with the provider and you cancel it subsequently without notice; then the deal provider or the business merchant has the right to cancel your coupon/voucher. It is subject to the provider.
- All bookings/appointments availability to redeem your coupons/vouchers is subject to the business providers.
- All booking dates, products and services availability as well as beverage meal availability are subject to the providers. Therefore, Food Morning cannot guarantee the booking date and time you prefer and the products and services availability.
- Food Morning, ourselves does not provide or sell any products or services. We only negotiate the deal/discount/coupon/voucher for our members; the providers and the business merchants are the ultimate suppliers of the products or services that you purchase from our website. Therefore, you acknowledge that Food Morning cannot control the business model and operations of the providers; and we cannot guarantee the standard, quality of the products or services which are provided by the relevant business merchants.
Food Morning do not stock any products listed on our website. Food Morning is a distributor (not a supplier) of content supplied by third parties (merchants). Food Morning does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchant-ability or fitness for any particular purpose. Food Morning usually include links to merchants’ websites maintained by other content providers. These links are provided solely as a reference to you should you wish to find out more information on particular deals or products. Food Morning hereby disclaims any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party websites.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on the Food Morning website. Food Morning cannot guarantee the availability of the merchants’ products you ordered. In cases where the merchants’ stocks have run out, Food Morning will notify you immediately. If your orders cannot be fullfilled, Food Morning will refund your purchase in full.
- Pricing shown on our website are in Australian Dollars only (AUD) and include GST.
- Food Morning will ONLY issue you the coupon/voucher after the full amount of payment has been made.
- We will not issue you the coupon/voucher if we do not receive the full amount of payment, the payment is declined or incorrect credit card details were supplied.
- Food Morning will only charge you when the deal is ON / activated.
- When you decided to purchase the deal, there may be a $1 holding fund charged to your account. This holding fund will be fully refunded if the Deal does not go ahead. If the deal is ON / activated, the holding fund will be incorporated into the final payment.
Delivery of Food Morning Coupon/Voucher and Product
- Subject to this agreement, we will provide you with a coupon/voucher for the restaurant deal(s) shown on your order confirmation.
- Food Morning coupons/vouchers are only delivered online. Once payments have been processed, the Food Morning coupons/vouchers can be collected or printed under the My Account section.
- Your shipping details are supplied to the merchant for delivering your orders. Please allow between 2 to 4 weeks for the orders to arrive.
- We cannot be held liable nor responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a coupon/voucher or products not being received by you, for example, because the email was blocked by a firewall or filter, the wrong email address or shipping address were entered.
You understand and agree that Food Morning coupons/vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in any of the following situations:
- the coupons/vouchers expired;
- the coupons/vouchers have been damaged, lost or stolen;
- you have changed your mind or you do not want the coupons/vouchers anymore;
- you made an appointment or booking with the provider but you did not attend or notify the provider; then the deal provider or the business merchant has the right to cancel your coupon/voucher. It is subject to the provider.
Food Morning will not accept refund for product orders or any coupons/vouchers UNLESS:
- the information on the coupon is incorrect;
- misleading information provided by Food Morning;
- the business merchant you redeem or claim from is closed or bankrupted.
- the supplier cannot fulfill your product order for any reasons.
- the product received is faulty or is different to the one ordered. Customers can request for an exchange first. Please see Product Warranty & Returns section.
Product Warranty & Returns
- Please refer to the individual product’s warranty.
- Faulty products can be returned for exchange if Food Morning is satisfied that the products are in their original states when arrived.
- For product exchanges, customers may be required to send in the faulty product to Food Morning, however, this may differ case to case subject to the supplier’s requirements. Instructions will be given at the time of exchange request.
- Food Morning will not cover shipping cost or any associated cost for the exchange.
Please contact us through our Online Support System should you need to request for a product exchange or refund. Simply click on the “Support Tab” on the right hand side of our website to trigger a support popup box.
- To become our member, you need to be over 18 years of age. You are not required to register if you only browse our website.
- You are responsible for notifying us if any of your personal information is changed.
For privacy and security reasons, you should keep any user name and password that are allocated to you privately, and not disclose them to any other person. If you have lost or forgotten your password, we can reset your password upon request.
This Website will send you newsletters, marketing promotions or news update by email. It is optional to receive these newsletters, marketing promotions or news update and you can elect not to receive them when signing up, or when updating your account details in the My Account section.

- Food Morning is not involved in any deals between you and our providers/advertisers if there is any.
- You are advised to read carefully the terms and conditions stated in the products or services of the deal providers.
- We are not responsible for any losses induced by misleading information that are provided by the business merchants/providers/advertisers to our members.
- In order to ensure overall security, Food Morning. has installed electronic and management procedures.
- It is your responsibility to assure the confidentiality of your member ID and password.
- Report to us promptly any suspicious act that you identify.
- Food Morning. will take reasonable steps to ensure your online security. However, as the internet is sometimes unreliable and may be interrupted by unidentified harm, it is impossible for us to guarantee complete safety. Hence, we are not responsible for any kind of loss as a consequence of failure in online security.

- No information or material uploaded should be unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of other’s privacy, race, ethnics, harassment or stalk.
